Insight Vision Center - Olathe

Matthew Martinez, O.D. met with me to explain all aspects of my eye exam that was done at his office and later at an Ophthalmologist Office. Dr Martinez provided an absolutely excellent and detailed explanation of four separate items that I did not understand. I was truly impressed with his detailed explanation, the use of a model of the eye combined with my eye pictures taken at the earlier exams. His complete explanation made me feel extremely comfortable with the findings and for the first time, I have a full understanding - which gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend him - and appreciate his kind and caring attitude, patience, and knowledge of the issues!

I had a truly wonderful experience with Dr. Bozsa. From the moment I walked in, the entire appointment felt organized, comfortable, and professional. The exam itself was extremely thorough, and she took the time to explain everything in a way that was clear and easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered thoughtfully and patiently. Dr. Bozsa is not only knowledgeable and confident in her expertise, but she also has a calm and reassuring presence that immediately puts you at ease. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in providing high-quality care. My family and I absolutely LOVE this place! We have a large family of 8. No other place we’ve ever been to has taken such thorough care in their work. I’ve never met one person at any of the locations who was not exceptionally kind and helpful. We’re customers for life!

From the front office all the way thru the experience... I have nothing but good things to say. Garrett at the front desk is great at his job, and the young lady that ran my insurance ( I didnt get her name ) took the time to get the best deal for my insurance - and even price matched in order bring down my out of pocket cost. It is rare to get such great customer service anymore. Kudos! AND... Dr. Bozsa is wonderful and easy to talk to as well. Thanks Insight team :)

Dr Troyer is amazing. Very knowledgeable and personable. I didn’t feel rushed and he answered all my questions. Also, picking out the frames for me is usually the worst part of the experience. However, there is a person there now who is the Tim Gunn of eyewear! He was amazing! He took one look at me and picked out a frame and that was the one! He did the same for my husband. Usually picking out a frame is such a painstaking process but it was so easy. He was also very knowledgeable and knew all the details of my plan. It was such a great experience I can’t wait until my next appointment!

Dr. Troyer was so kind and made sure to explain everything he was doing. He was very personable and made me feel like we were going to best friends haha! The office staff Dean and Hannah were also fantastic. They were warm and welcoming even though they were short staffed. I HIGHLY recommend this business!
